As a busy owner of several companies, recruiting is always a challenge. Resumes alone don’t tell the full story. Calling prospective employees and interviewing them by phone is too time consuming. I wish we had a way to see a clear snapshot of each candidate’s highlights: work history, employment and accomplishments. More than that, I wish we had a way to hear a basic recorded bio and interview from each prospective employee. Finally, I really wanted somebody else to rank the job seekers for us, so at list we know that we are looking at the most presentable candidates first. That's how "TalkingBio.com" was born.

Yuvi Shmul
 Yuvi is the co-founder and TalkingBio.com and BeatMike.com. Previously, he was the co-founder and CEO of San Clemente Capital LLC, a holding company of Play N Trade Franchise Inc and Yakety Yak Wireless Inc. Yuvi has had the privilege of founding and growing companies, and serving as the CEO of multi-million dollar companies.
In less than two years under Yuvi’s direction, Play N Trade Franchise Inc, a franchisor of videogame stores sold 400 franchise units and grew from 13 to over 100 operating stores. Play N Trade has been recognized in top franchise rankings and was the fastest growing private company in Orange County, California, in 2008. He also led another franchise, Yakety Yak Wireless to a 400% increase in the number of open stores in two years.
Earlier in his career, Yuvi has worked as an industry analyst for Merrill Lynch, and later got his real estate license in Arizona. But after researching and investing in the stock market and real estate, he came to the conclusion that there is no better investment than small businesses. He started working with small businesses, founded a business brokerage in Arizona and consulted start ups and existing small businesses in the areas of management, business development, and finance. As a business broker, he helped others purchase and sell businesses, and bought and sold several businesses on his own.
With his extensive experience in small business from purchasing to managing to growing to selling them, Yuvi understands the nuances of small business investment well. He has practiced and taught many individuals the basics and advanced techniques in the area of sales, management, corporate organization, negotiations, and other business and finance related topics.
Yuvi published 5 books in the area of small business investments and sales. The series, called Make It Big with Yuvi, teaches individuals how to buy, grow and sell businesses for maximum profits.
